Today's Priorities lists the few things most worth doing today, highest value first: chase an overdue invoice, bill finished work, follow up a quote, book a customer who's due. Press ✕ on an action to snooze it for a week, a month, or for good. View all → opens the full list.

The Snapshot shows revenue, gross profit, cash collected, money owed, new customers and team utilisation. Switch between week, fortnight, month and 12 months.

Your business

Each organisation has its own pages, along the top:

• Overview: how the business is tracking, money owed, the cashflow forecast, job profit, and work booked ahead.
• Customers: every customer plotted by revenue and margin, your best customers, and growth.
• Financial: where the money goes, from revenue through labour and overheads to profit, and the whale curve of profit by customer.
• Capacity: for each person, how much of their paid time is billable, the profit each dollar of their wages brings in, callbacks, and the next three weeks of bookings.
• Quotes: quotes won, open quotes, and the quote calculator.
• Map: where your customers are, and nearby suburbs worth chasing.
• Customer book: every customer in a list you can search and sort.

A customer's page

Open any customer for their revenue against last year, how fast they pay, their jobs, and the cost and profit of serving them.

Confidence ratings

Some figures show a rating such as "Fair · 61%". That's how much of the underlying information was actually recorded, for example how many paid hours were logged against jobs. Good means rely on it. Fair means trust the direction more than the exact number.
